Welcome to Fluff N Fold. By accessing our website, scheduling a service, or using any of our laundry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Fluff N Fold provides residential and commercial laundry services, including wash & fold, pickup and delivery, specialty laundry services, and other related services offered through our website or by phone.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Scheduling
Customers may schedule services online, by phone, or through any approved booking platform.
While we make every effort to meet requested pickup and delivery times, all scheduling windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate contact information.
Ensure laundry is accessible at the scheduled pickup time.
Notify us of delicate fabrics, stains, damaged items, or garments requiring special care.
Remove all personal belongings from clothing, including cash, jewelry, keys, electronics, pens, and other valuables.
Fluff N Fold is not responsible for items left inside pockets or laundry bags.
4. Laundry Care
Unless special instructions are provided, garments will be cleaned according to the manufacturer's care label and our standard professional laundering procedures.
If a garment lacks care instructions, Fluff N Fold will use reasonable professional judgment in selecting an appropriate cleaning method.
Customers assume responsibility for garments that:
Are not colorfast.
Shrink due to manufacturer defects.
Have pre-existing damage.
Are improperly labeled by the manufacturer.
5. Stain Removal
While we use professional cleaning methods, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Certain stains—including oil, paint, bleach, ink, dye transfer, rust, mildew, and heavily set stains—may be permanent despite our best efforts.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care with every order.
If an item is believed to be lost or damaged, customers must notify Fluff N Fold within 72 hours of delivery.
If Fluff N Fold determines that we are responsible, our liability is limited to the lesser of:
The original purchase price of the item (with reasonable proof of value), or
Ten (10) times the cleaning charge for that item.
Fluff N Fold is not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer defects.
Items damaged due to age or fabric weakness.
Missing buttons, loose seams, zippers, embellishments, or decorative trim.
Color fading resulting from normal laundering.
Damage caused by items left inside pockets.
7. Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible pickup and delivery location.
Once laundry has been delivered to the designated location requested by the customer, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Fluff N Fold is not liable for theft, weather damage, or loss occurring after delivery has been completed.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Credit or debit cards
Electronic payment services
Other approved payment methods
Late or declined payments may result in suspended service until the balance is paid.
9. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Any quoted estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if actual service requirements differ.
Additional fees may apply for:
Oversized items
Specialty fabrics
Excessively soiled laundry
Rush service
Missed pickups
10. Order Storage
Completed orders not retrieved or accepted within 30 days may incur storage fees.
Orders remaining unclaimed for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned and may be donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of at Fluff N Fold's discretion.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use our website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Introduce viruses or malicious software.
Copy or reproduce website content without written permission.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, images, branding, and other materials, is the property of Fluff N Fold and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluff N Fold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where otherwise required by law.
14. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fluff N Fold operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
